Conditions and information
The postage and packing charges vary according to the nature and the weight of article. Once the order is confirmed, we calculate the best conditions for the sending. We use services of Postal Exprés, Paquete Azul, DHL and Tips@ for dispatching. Please contact us for other receiving methods. We dispatch your order, after receiving the whole amount.
Correo - Post - including package Peninsula - Up to 350 grms - Carta Certificada - approx. 5,60€ Peninsula - Up to 1 kg - Paquete Azul - approx. 8,60€ Peninsula - Up to 2 kg - Paquete Azul - approx. 9,60€ Contact us for other destinations. All national orders will be delivered within 3-4 working days.
Courier service - including package Peninsula - Up to 2 kg - approx. 6,90€ - without insurance Contact us for other destinations. The courier services deliver national orders in 24-48 hours.
International European Union Correo - Post Up to 2 kg - approx. 22,60€
Post - When the client is not present, Post will leave a notification at home. Client could pick up the order within next 15 days at the Post Office. Clients with Paquete Azul code could follow their order at www.correos.es.
Courier service - In case, if the client could not be present at the moment of delivery, the order will be handed over to any other person who is at home, over 18 years. It´s the exclusive responsibility of the client to authorize someone for the reception and acceptance of the order to avoid any surcharge for coming back.
We will accept the return of items purchased, always within 7 working days from the reception of the order. To return a order, it is necessary that you get in touch previously with us by means of an e-mail to Infos@Oriente-Aromatico.Es to commence the process and receive relevant information. As soon as the order is received and verified, that it is in the same state in which it was sent and with the original packing, we will proceed the refund. If the items are defective or were not the items requested by you, we will take charge of the expenses of the return and of the new mailing.
